Description

Fresh and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Lentils
  • 1 whole Big Ripe Tomato
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • ½ whole Red Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ whole Lemon Juice

Preparation

Drain and rinse the lentils. Chop tomato, cucumber and onion. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, dress with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.

Refrigerate for at least 1 houre before serving.
