A recipe that originated in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The combination of flavors was so intriguing that I knew I had to try it. It would never have occurred to me to cook lentils with bananas and mangoes and yet it was delicious.

A tasty, incredibly simple yet amazingly nutritious side dish. The ease of canned beans combined with aromatic fresh rosemary and garlic makes this dish both easy and delicious!

this looks amazing! do you know where i can find red curry paste? would it be in my ‘regular’ grocery store? or do i need to look at a health food store or a Whole Foods?

hey jenn, in finland you can get red curry paste in any larger super market/grocery store or in asian food stores. should be easy to find in the states, too.
