This is a fantastic idea! We already do iced coffee with cold-brewed and flavored soy milk, but adding the coffee creamer and shaking it in the jar made for a super yummy, foamy drink. Drinking it out of the mason jar was fun too! Thanks for the awesome “recipe.”

Great recipe. I found that I did not need to add any sweetener. It was already sweet enough from the chocolate syrup and the creamer. I used Bailey’s non-alcoholic chocolate flavored creamer.

Thanks for this!! I was considering buying a frappe machine ($80!) but you saved me with this
I used what I had in the fridge which was caramel syrup and caramel macchiato by CoffeeHouse, oh and instant coffee. So good, quick and easy!

Absolutely wonderful!!!! The only thing I did differently is used ff half and half, just because that’s what I had on hand. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

This was fabulous just the way it is. I can’t do normal coffee, gives my heart issues, so I did this with decaf. So sorry starbucks, I can make my own decaf drinks…
Thank you for sharing!!!!

p.s…the chocolate syrup makes this a mocha frap, you can certainly exchange it for caramel syrup or another flavor of your choice.
But, I haven’t made it with anything but the chocolate, so YMMV on that

SOOOO yummy! I love this! I think this will be my go-to coffee drink for the rest of the summer, and Lord knows we need a cold go-to coffee drink in Texas in August. And it is going to save me lots of money since I’m not buying stuff from the local coffee shop! Thanks for posting!I’m gonna try it next with crushed ice, to see if it turns out more like a smoothie.

any drink that is specifically made to be in a mason jar is high on my list.
