Everyone loved them! I think next time though I will put just a little less vanilla in the icing.

I’ve only used the vanilla frosting portion of this recipe and it’s awesome. I always double it for cupcakes and cakes. I also add 1 tsp of almond flavor and 2 tsp of vanilla. Once the frosting has sat for about 2 hours, it’s all incorporated and no longer gritty (because of the powdered sugar).

I made these yesterday as mini cupcakes. They’re so light and fluffy, not too sweet. Everytime I walled by them I had to have one. This will be my go to vanilla cupcake recipe. Thank you!
