Description

When ice cream isn’t enough for your sweet tooth, here’s the Simplest Hot Fudge Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 ounces, weight Unsweetened Chocolate
  • ¾ cups Water, Or More As Needed
  • ½ teaspoons Instant Coffee
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Heat condensed milk, chocolate, 3/4 cup of water, and coffee in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat stirring frequently, then constantly until sauce turns from grainy to creamy smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and add water as needed to thin to desired texture. Serve.

Has anyone else tried this yet and been as unfortunate as I was? Mine turned out very runny… are we sure it needs 3/4 CUP water?
