This cake is so easy to make, it works perfect every time, and you can substitute any flavor cake mix or pudding mix to change it up. This will make you a rock star at any party!
Mix all ingredients together for about 3 minutes on high speed, and pour into liberally greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Sift powdered sugar on top, or pour over your favorite chocolate ganache.
It’s also good with chocolate chips added to the batter. Change up this same recipe with any flavor cake mix or pudding mix you desire for many varieties. Enjoy!
This deliciously fluffy, vegan cake is perfect for using Thanksgiving leftovers. Aside from the cranberry sauce and chocolate chips, it’s almost entirely sweetened with fruit—truly healthy enough for breakfast! If you haven’t tried baking with date paste yet, this is a great recipe to start with!

Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
