Description

All the flavor of sugar cookies in a quick and easy fudge.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cups Butter
  • ¼ cups International Delight Sugar Cookie Creamer
  • ⅔ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Sprinkles

Line an 8×8 in baking pan with parchment paper or foil.

In a large microwave safe bowl, mix together sugar cookie mix and powder sugar. Cut butter into cubes and sprinkle over the top of the mixture. Add creamer, but do not stir.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and mix together. Add white chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Pour into prepared pan, and immediately top with sprinkles. Press down gently.

I made this for Christmas Eve and Christmas day for both my and my husband’s families. I doubled the recipe and it was plenty for both families. It was ridiculously easy to make and loved by ALL! The result is a rich yummy bite that tastes almost identical to store bought sugar cookie dough. This is a favorite now and will definitely be made again.
