Strawberry Mini-Cups with Nutella filling.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a mini-muffin tin.
2. Put chopped strawberries and ½ cup sugar in a food processor and blend.
3. In a mixer, cream together butter and remaining 2 cups sugar.
4. Add eggs and beat well.
5. Add vanilla and strawberry mixture and mix.
6. Add flour and baking soda and mix.
7. Fill the mini-muffin tin with batter.
8. Bake at 350ºF for approximately 10 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven.
10. Push down the centers of the mini-strawberry cups with the back of a tablespoon.
11. Once completely cooled, remove from the muffin tin.
12. Put the Nutella in a gallon Ziploc bag and snip a corner off the bag.
13. Pipe Nutella into each mini-cup.
14. Place a sliced strawberry in the middle of the Nutella.
15. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
16. Allow to chill for 24 hour and enjoy!
