Sriracha Peanut Butter Cookies

Description
Think Phad Thai in cookie form.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Butter
- 1 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Or Chunky
- ½ cups White Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar and Sriracha sauce together. Add flour, egg, baking soda, and honey and mix well.
Form the dough into approximately 1″ balls, place them on a lightly greased baking tray and press down on the balls with a fork to flatten.
Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
