Soft Pumpkin Cookies

Description
Best pumpkin cookies ever! Super soft and topped with cream cheese frosting. Recipe makes tons.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Crisco
- ½ cups Butter
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 15 ounces, weight Pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 5 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
Preparation
Cream butter and Crisco. Add sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients. Add to wet.
Spoon and flatten onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

These are spectacular! I had some leftover cream cheese frosting and was looking for something to pair it with.. and these cookies were a perfect match. They’re SO moist and delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you. (My husband says thank you, too!)
