Description

A good excuse (as if you need any) to use up the left over Halloween candy! Chewy, chocolatey goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 12 whole (3/4 Oz. Size) Peanut Butter Cups, Roughly Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda; set aside.

Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and milk.

Add the dry, sifted, ingredients; mix well. Cut peanut butter cups and fold into the cookie batter with a rubber spatula.

Scoop onto a greased cookie sheet or Silpat mat. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Enjoy with a big glass of milk!

AMAZING! I’m not sure if I enjoyed the cookie dough or the actual baked cookies better! My batch did not spread very much or as much as the picture. I made them for a cookout with friends and everyone loved them!
