Yum Yum! I love pumpkin in the fall and my husband loves cookies so these were quite the hit! I added 1 tsp of vanilla and got a little chocolate happy and just put the whole bag in. Mine only baked for 12 minutes. Can’t wait to make these again for Thanksgiving!

found these a little to doughy and dense. would cut back on flour or add another egg next time. i also substituted allspice for nutmeg, added a touch more salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

I liked the cookies, but my family thought there was too much nutmeg in them…which I can see. Next time I try them I’ll add pumpkin pie spice instead and that should tone down the spices.
Thanks for sharing!!!

So good – by far the best pumpkin chocolate chip cookies I’ve had. I cut the nutmeg down to 1/2 tsp and added 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and also added 1 tsp vanilla to the sugar, butter and egg. Tasty!!!

These are super easy and oh so yummy! I baked only 14 minutes and they were perfect. I did add a pinch more salt (as i do with all cookies) and a dash of pumpkin pie spice and next time I might add a bit of vanilla as mentioned above.

Thanks for sharing these will be made I’m sure lots this fall/winter in our home!

These were great – super moist and yummy, but they don’t make you feel too guilty :) I was actually able to substitute 1/2 of the sugar for splenda (about 5 packets) and I added a little oatmeal. Like the last reviewer said, the cooking time was quite different than stated. I put mine in for about 10 minutes.

These are now a family favorite! Super moist and oh so yummy. Make sure and check your oven time, i had to lesson the cook time by quite a bit.
