Soft and tasty pumpkin cookies with creamy chocolate chips, perfect for cool fall days and so very easy to make!
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in pumpkin and vanilla.
Blend in half the flour and add baking powder, salt, and spices. Stir in the rest of the flour. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 12-14 minutes.

Heads up: 3 Tbsp baking powder must be a misprint!! The standard ratio is 1 tsp baking powder to 1 c flour.
