Description

It is hard to improve on the classic chocolate chip cookie, but this pumpkin version is perfect for fall.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Fresh Nutmeg
  • 2-½ cups Flour
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the butter, sugar and egg with a mixer. Add in pumpkin pie mix and combine. Add the remaining dry ingredients (all except chocolate chips) and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop cookies onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until just set.
