Oh, oh, oh. This cake is easy & SO DELICIOUS! I simply could not stay away from it. I kept sneaking back into the kitchen to cut myself slice after slice. This is an addicting cake. VERY moist! I will make this monthly. I dusted it lightly with powdered sugar. Mmmmm… Thank you for sharing (:

This cake is super easy to make and really good to eat. Everyone I gave a slice to loved it. Yummy! No frosting needed.

I made this for our dessert table at Thanksgiving and it was a huge it! The cake had delicious flavor, and I made an almond glaze to drizzle on top! Yummy! I am making this again tonight. Thanks for the recipe.

Just made this for my bosses Birthday. She and her DH both love pistachios!!! Gotta get it in the oven now!

Made this on New Year’s Day! I added a powdered sugar/almond extract glaze. Delicious!

Super easy and yummy! Bringing it to christmas parties and people are raving over the flavor and unique taste for the holidays-I made a glaze with confectioner’s sugar, milk and a touch of almond extract and it really complimented it nicely!
