No butter or flour means that these are low-fat and low-carb, right??? Maybe not, but they’re delicious. They’re always everyone’s favorite!
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand. Refrigerate dough while pre-heating oven to 350 degrees F.
Place spoon-fulls of dough onto greased cookie sheets, leaving plenty of room in between cookies. The cookies tend to spread out quite a bit while cooking. Bake to desired crispiness (10-12 minutes).
Also great with chocolate chips! Really great with peanut butter frosting to make cookie sandwiches!
