This is a chewy, crispy peanut butter cookie with a sugary coating and a creamy milk chocolate center.
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
In the bowl of a mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the mixer and combine into a dough.
Scoop by the tablespoon, and place into a bowl of sugar. Roll in the sugar to lightly coat each ball, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.
Add the Hershey kisses to the center, then put back in the oven for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and let cool. Enjoy!
