Description

Easy and yummy!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Peanut Butter
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1-½ cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF and prep an 8-inch pan by spraying with cooking spray.
2. Mix peanut butter and eggs until well blended. Stir in the brown sugar until combined.
3. Stir in Bisquick mix just until moistened, then stir in chocolate chips.
4. Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

I think there is a misprint in the number of eggs. The recipe on the author’s website calls for 2 eggs, not just one.
