Orange Coconut Balls

Recipe Description
These are wonderful for cookie exchanges, hostess gifts, dessert parties—the list goes on forever! Just be sure to make them for your next get-together. You won’t regret it!
Preparation Instructions
Mix the vanilla wafers, orange juice, butter, nuts, and sugar thoroughly.
Form into small balls then roll in coconut.
Best to serve one day later.
Makes 100 balls.
Ingredients
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Vanilla Wafers, Crushed
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Frozen Orange Juice, Thawed
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Favorite Nuts, Chopped
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Confectioner's Sugar
- 7 ounces, weight Shredded Coconut
