So easy to make, the perfect addition to your holiday cookie tray!
If making pie crust, roll into 24 balls and press into a mini-muffin pan. If using store bought, divide into 24 pieces and press into the pan.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Stir together remaining ingredients. Evenly fill dough cups. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar lightly over pies after cooled, if desired.
