I took these to a church function and got so many compliments…everyone wanted the recipe! Very easy and tasty and pretty!

Description
These cookies are the perfect cookie for the warm days of spring and summer. They are perfect with a glass of iced tea.
Ingredients
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ½ cups Vegetable Oil Less 2 Tablespoons (enough To Make 1/2 Cup Total When Mixed With 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice)
- 1 tub (16 Oz. Tub) Store Bought Lemon Frosting
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet. Mix the cake mix, eggs, lemon juice and oil in a large bowl until dough forms. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until set. Remove to a wire rack. Cool and frost.

I tried this recipe last week. But, instead of canned frosting, I mixed powdered sugar with lemonade concentrate. It really brings out the tart lemon flavor, and its not as messy as canned frosting would be.
