Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ½ cups White Sugar
  • 1 package Cookies N' Cream Pudding Mix, 3 Ounce Package
  • 2  Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 15  Oreo Cookies, Very Coarsly Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix and stir until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda with a whisk then add it to the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and Oreo cookie crumbs.

Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cookie tops barely have a touch of brown.

These cookies are excellent!! They were easy to make and all three of my kids absolutely LOVED them!! In fact, my youngest son told me these were his all-time favorites cookies! WOW – thanks for sharing this recipe!!
