I made this fudge last night. I imagined the mixture would be very smooth and pourable after heating it but mine remained kind of stiff and even looked like the chocolate had seized up . However, I had faith and pressed it into the pan anyway. This morning I woke up to the smoothest, melt-in-your mouth fudge! Delicious and not at all gritty like I had feared! Thanks for the recipe!

So wonderful! It truly is creamy and rich. I was afraid the bitter chocolate would be too sharp, but it blended nicely…which probably has something to do with the smoothness from the sweetened condensed milk and nutella. Yum!

I am not a huge fudge person, nor have I ever made it. But this seemed fairly easy to follow. And, it was! Seriously. This was sooo easy to make. It turned out amazing. I did wait a minute or two before putting salt on the top as someone had suggested. I just sprinkled what seemed like the right amount on top. And I love the salt and chocolate combo. It is the best. Thanks for a very great, easy recipe.

Amazing, like dark chocolate truffle fudge. Definitely not too sweet like some fudge. Even friends that are not fans of sweets loved this one. Warning though, do not leave me alone with it. Just saying…

Hands down the best fudge! Best part is its super easy. We had people over this weekend, it didn’t even get to set up completely before it was devoured.

This was so good. Followed the recipe to a “T” and it was a hit at Easter dinner. Easy to make as well. Definitely will make again.

I’ve never made fudge before, and I was so pleased when our guest (a very experienced cook) asked me how I made it so smooth and creamy. It is amazing! I think it’s good with or without the sea salt, and it freezes and thaws really well without ever getting grainy.

This was DELICIOUS and EASY. My husband is not a salty and sweet person, but he still gobbled it up!

Wonderful fudge! I brought it to a party this past weekend and it was a big hit. I had never made fudge before and it turned out perfectly – creamy and rich, not grainy at all!
