Description

Gorgeous on a plate for any holiday, birthday, or to share with friends!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cherry Flavored Gelatin Powder
  • 2-½ cups White Chocolate
  • 7 ounces, weight Jar Marshmallow Cream (Fluff)
  • ½ cups Dried Cherries
  • 10 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate, Melted

Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt butter with sugar, cream and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Once boiling, set timer for 5 minutes and add in cherry gelatin.

After 5 minutes, remove from heat. In a mixing bowl, add white chocolate and marshmallow cream. Pour hot mixture over this and beat with a whisk until smooth and creamy and all chocolate is melted. Fold in dried cherries.

Pour in a parchment-paper-lined 9-inch square pan. Pour melted dark chocolate over cherry fudge and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Cut into squares and enjoy!

Very sweet but very good! Thank you for the recipe for such a pretty treat! I brought these to share at work and everyone loved them and wanted the recipe. Such an easy way to impress, and I work in a kitchen :) The tart cherries are a perfect compliment to the sweet fudge.
