Description

This is an imitation from Cold Stone and it is amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¾ cups White Sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ Tablespoons Vanilla
  • ¾ cups Favorite Cake Mix (not Prepared)

Preparation

1. Make sure your ice cream maker bowl has been in the freezer for 24 hours.
2. Whisk milk and white sugar until mix is bubbly and the sugar has slightly dissolved.
3. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla until smooth.
4. Mix in the cake mix, making sure to mix it until it is very smooth and there are no lumps of cake mix! This can take some time.
5. Pour mixture into the frozen ice cream maker bowl and churn for about 25 minutes.
6. Put ice cream into another bowl in the freezer for another 25 minutes or more to harden.
7. Use your favorite toppings and serve!

Makes about 1 quart.

I love cake batter ice-cream! Well, I love all ice-cream, but cake batter the most! Please rate it whenever you have a chance to make it – I hope you love it as much as I do!!
