Description

An adorable cookie, perfect for the Easter holiday!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Butterscotch Chips (12 Oz)
  • 1 package Chow Mein Noodles (12 Oz)
  • 1 package Easter Egg Candies (10-12 Oz)

Preparation

Begin by melting the butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, then stir and repeat in 30 second increments until candy is melted completely and smooth.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the noodles to the bowl of melted chocolate and mix (crush them up a bit, but not too much). Use a large spoon or a 1/4 measuring cup to measure out the cookies and place on parchment paper. Mold the mixture into a nest shape. Place 3 of the candies (eggs) in the center.

*Note: If the melted candy starts to harden while making the cookies, simply place back in the microwave for 10 seconds. Also, to help the candy eggs stick, dip the bottom in the melted chocolate before placing onto the cookie.

Allow about 5-10 minutes to dry and harden then enjoy!
