Moist and delicious banana cookies with cinnamon and chocolate chips!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in egg and vanilla.
Mash up the bananas with a fork.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Alternate adding dry ingredients to the butter/sugar mixture with the mashed banana. When the dough is thoroughly combined, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
