This cookie dough is perfect for ice cream sundaes. More or less a fudge, the dough bakes briefly so it does not contain raw eggs. It is heaven.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Blend the almonds in a food processor until they form a paste. Add the sugar, chocolate, and honey and mix until combined. Add the egg and mix it in thoroughly. Place the fudge in a baking dish and spread it out to roughly the same thickness. Bake for 5 minutes. Enjoy! (I just love this stuff torn into bits in chocolate milk with homemade soft maple meringue.)
