Description

Chewy, sweet, and reminiscent of the very best banana bread you’ve ever tasted.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe Bananas
  • 1-½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed
  • 2 teaspoons Dried, Flaked Coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Smash the bananas up in a bowl until all the clumps are gone. Add the rest of the ingredients to the smashed bananas and mix well.

Place rounded tablespoons of “dough” on a baking sheet lined with greased wax paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.

Makes 16 cookies.
