Description

How about surprising Santa with some Almond Bark cookies this year? Salty and sweet, they’re super easy to make and even easier to devour!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Ritz Crackers
  • 1 jar (about 16 Oz. Jar) Peanut Butter (smooth)
  • 2 pounds Almond Bark (chocolate Or Vanilla)

Preparation

1. Sandwich the peanut butter between two Ritz crackers.
2. Melt the almond bark over a double boiler (see note below).
3. Using tongs, dip the cookies into the melted almond bark and allow to cool on waxed paper or foil.
4. Watch them disappear!

Makes about 72 cookies.

Note: if you don’t have a double boiler, place a bowl on top of a simmering pot of water or simply melt the almond bark in the microwave.

Very tasty and not very difficult to make, kind of like a grown up version of a peanut butter cracker.

I prefer a little less sweetness so I ended up drizzling some of the crackers with the bark instead of fully dipping them.
