I changed almost everything about this recipe, but it came out great, so I’m going to post a review anyway Basically what I found out is you can follow the percentages in this recipe, and add any pepper you want. Here’s my altered version:
4 Serrano Peppers
4 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Poblano Peppers
2 Hungarian Wax peppers
4 Anaheim Peppers
1 Onion
3/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tbls sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
I smoked all the peppers and the onion until they were super tender, seeded the peppers, and threw the whole thing into the blender with all the other ingredients. I’ve dubbed it the Green Goblin and it’s hot but delicious! Thanks for the recipe, it was great!

Oh, wow! Just made a batch of this and it is AMAZING! A wonderful bled of flavors. Yes, a lot of heat, but also a lot of flavor. Just wonderful. Hubby said “I think you have a winner!” Thanks!!!
