These were excellent! I used CA chili powder and a splash of chipotle powder as I did not have ancho. I baked these and also threw on the “Hot & Sweet Drumsticks” sauce by Teri L. on half of the chicken just because… which only kicked them up a notch. The chicken thighs did not need the extra sauce. Thanks for sharing.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! The next time I make this (and I will be making this again) I want to cut up the chicken and use it for chicken tacos! So delicious!

Excellent…so flavorful!! I used white meat just cause that’s what I prefer and served up with some grilled asparagus. I will add this to the circulation. THANKS!!

I had to substitute chili powder for the ancho and olive oil for the sesame but this was still fantastic. I’ve made it with both chicken thighs and tenders and it was great both ways. The leftovers were perfect cut up on a salad.

It was delicious. Once I did it like you serve it and once I made up a salad of it all together and it was delicious.
