Comfort food! This is EASY and kids love it! I made this up one night when were in a hurry for dinner and I only had a few items on hand. It made a LOT of food. I was cooking for 5 adults and three kids and we still had leftovers. This dish can easily be cut in half (I’ve done it many times).
