Cold Weather Lima Bean Pot

by lmkelley and filed in Main Courses, Slow Cooker

Easy to make and makes the kitchen smell wonderful. Comfort food in cold weather. This is basically dried lima beans cooked in onion soup with some add-ins. Don’t let the lima beans throw you—I hate them, but I like this dish.

Chicken Julie!

by bubblescancook and filed in Main Courses, Poultry

Italian heaven on a plate. I came up with it, so it doesn’t have a ‘real name’ but it is too good to not pass on!

Pumpkin Thai Stir Fry

by ambermommy and filed in Main Courses

Classic Thai flavor. You know, the one you think about right before you say, “Let’s go get Thai food!” the day your Aunt Flo comes to town. Just like the restaurant makes. You can do it! I like brown rice with this one.

Beef in Pomegranate Sauce

by julia1pin and filed in Beef, Main Courses, Slow Cooker

An easy crock pot beef recipe that is different from what you’re used to. The pomegranate really adds a unique flavor that’s tart and sweet at the same time.

Meet Nancy

Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!

Meet Heather

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
