These are the most amazing, soft, sweet, yet salty, homemade pretzel bites. They are so good. I made two batches of these because they were that good. I actually watched Cristina Ferrare make homemade pretzels on Home & Family last week and I could not get them out of my head. They looked so absolutely delicious that I had to make my own.

I worked all summer perfecting this recipe for a chewy granola bar that doesn’t fall apart and is absolutely delicious. My husband insists I keep these stocked in our cupboard for his workday. Enjoy!

These granola bars are delicious and healthy. You can substitute M&Ms, raisins, dried fruits or nuts in place of the chocolate chips.

A great appetizer for game day, or a party!

A kid friendly recipe that can be served as lunch, dinner or even hearty appetizers. Easy to make – and easy for kids to assemble! Want a more grown up version? Try using “fancy” hot dogs – such as apple and chicken or even cheesy bratwursts – and specialty cheeses – Havarti, Brie, Swiss, etc. Add some fresh herbs, sliced peppers, chilis, olives…. The only limit is your imagination!
