Description

Kicked up sausage quiche that is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Sausage
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ¼ cups Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ⅓ cups Milk
  • 1-½ cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles (Ro*Tel), Drained
  • 1 whole Unbaked 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a large skillet, cook sausage until well browned, stirring frequently. Drain grease and set aside.

Whisk eggs, ranch dressing, sour cream and milk. Add sausage, cheese and Rotel. Stir to combine. Pour egg mixture into prepared pie crust.

Bake 1 hour. Allow quiche to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Loved the simplicity of throwing this together. It wasn’t as filling as I expected though, so I will definitely make two next time, and a salad to go with them for our ever-hungry familiy! :)

Easy to put together and tastes delicious! Reminded me of Rotel queso dip, in quiche form. The only negative was waiting an hour to dig in to it… Excellent recipe!

This was easy & so tasty! I made it for a brunch shower this weekend & it was perfect. I used hot sausage. I agree with the other reviewer about trying jalapeños next time for extra kick. This was really tasty!
