The great thing about this recipe is that you probably already have all of the ingredients in your kitchen. Plus, these pancakes taste better than the store-bought brands! What’s not to love about that?
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and melted butter.
3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
4. Warm a greased griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle and brown on both sides.
Fee free to add blueberries, chocolate chips or any other extra treats. Just be sure to fold in these ingredients at the end before pouring the batter on the griddle or frying pan!

We wanted breakfast for dinner, but did not have pancake mix. I googled how to make homemade pancakes and looked over several recipes. This recipe got my attention by the look of the pancakes. Easy to make, delicious and much better than the box. My husband went back for seconds and the rest were my breakfast the next day. Yes were good the next day. Thank you

These were really yummy. I added chopped bananas to them and they turned out great!
