Description

These biscuits taste a lot like the ones you find at a Red Lobster Restaurant. They are simple and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ⅔ cups Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1-½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, add the Bisquick mix, garlic powder, and cheese; stir. Slowly add the milk and stir the mixture until it comes together.

Spray a cooking sheet with nonstick spray. Scoop the mixture with an ice cream scoop onto the pan. Make sure the dough scoops are about an inch apart from each other to prevent them from merging. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

While cooking, add butter, oregano, and garlic salt into a microwavable bowl and heat for 35 seconds; stir.

When the oven timer goes off, brush some of the butter mix onto the top of the biscuits. Cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Served best when hot or store in the freezer for up to a month in an airtight container.

Wonderful! I didn’t use oregano, just parsley and they are still wonderful.

these turned out great….they really did taste like Red Lobsters!!! I had also tried other copy cat recipes for so called “RL Biscuits” and none of them came close. These were fast…easy…and delicious! THANKS!
