Thanks for sharing this! I just bought a bunch of brussel sprouts and was going to just fix them the normal way…this will be a welcomed change!

These are the best sprouts! My family won’t eat them any other way and they request these regularly! They each like to season them their own way so it’s nice that you season after you roast.

I also have to thank you for this recipe! Two of my children who have previously HATED brussel sprouts were instantly converted after taking the required one bite of everything on their plate. I saw eyes widen and smiles broaden as they chewed that luscious bite!

I will cook brussells sprouts this way from now==well, maybe steam them with cheese sauce, but this was really good. Liked the parm but the lemon could really be left out. Anyway, thanks for opening my eyes to another way to cook them. They were good and didn’t take a lot of cook time.

These were delicious! I loved the lemon and parmesan with it – made them taste a whole lot different than I remember brussels sprouts tasting. The lemon really brightened up the flavors.

I love brussel sprouts but the rest of my family does not. But everyone ate these and some went back for seconds. This recipe was so good it got two teenagers to like brussel sprouts.
