Description

Kale, Broccoli and Avocado Hummus Wraps.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sliced Broccoli Florets
  • ½ pounds Sliced Kale
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1-½ cup Hummus
  • 4 whole Tortillas
  • 1 whole Avocado, Sliced
  • 4 whole Medium Scallions, Sliced Thinly
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground

Preparation

Boil sliced broccoli florets and kale in a pot with water and salt for about 5 minutes until slightly soft.

Add some hummus, broccoli and kale to the wrap. Spread another layer of hummus on top before adding avocado and scallions. Add pepper and adjust seasoning before rolling.
