Description

This is my guilt-free interpretation of Shrimp Dip. It tastes better than the stuff you can buy at the mega-mart. I serve it with celery and pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Light Cream Cheese
  • ½ pounds Cooked And Peeled Shrimp
  • ¼ cups Minced Celery
  • ¼ cups Minced Onion
  • ½ cups Light Miracle Whip
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Zatarain's Shrimp And Crab Boil
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Sauce

Preparation

Set out cream cheese to soften. Chop shrimp and set aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Mix until well-blended, then add chopped shrimp. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Serve with celery sticks, pita chips or crackers.
