Description

Decadent and silky brownie batter dip, made with black beans!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • ⅔ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cups Nut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Skim Or Soy Milk
  • ¾ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except chips) in a food processor or blender. Process until the mixture is smooth and silky. Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes:
If you want to make this sugar-free, you can swap out the sugar for Splenda or Stevia (granular or drops). You can also sweeten this to taste using sugar-free syrup.
I used Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, but regular peanut butter would also work well!
