Oh my, this drink is incredible. I can’t get enough of it. I used the Sun Crystal packet (2) per recipe instead of the drops. Thanks for sharing this!

Yum. I just made this in the vitamix. I used a whole key lime and a squirt of agave nectar and a few ice cubes. My son came looking for seconds. I will definitely make a double or triple batch next time. Perfect for a hot summer day. Back to the kitchen to make some more.

Any idea on how much stevia to use if you have the powder and not the liquid?

Um, yes please! It’s a scorcher today, so maybe on the deck tonight. Would it work with other sweeteners? I’ve never seen stevia.

I’m glad I saw this recipe because I was minutes away from tossing about a cup of overly ripe watermelon sitting in the fridge. I spotted this and thought it would be silly if I didn’t give it a try. I did not have any lime juice so I substituted with lemon and I used some sugar in the raw as opposed to the Stevia. It took me 2 seconds to make and it is delicious! Thanks, and to think I almost threw out that watermelon. Great recipe, very refreshing.

My son made this recipe for us, for my husband’s birthday, as the special birthday drink. Delicious!! Also, no stevia, so I instructed my son in making a simple syrup for the sweetner, and it tasted great. Thanks!
