Easy Vanilla Fig Bars made with dried figs, shredded coconut and almonds: gluten free, Paleo, Primal, delicious.
Place almonds in food processor and pulse to texture of gravel. Pulse in coconut, salt and stevia. Pulse in figs.
Press mixture into an 8×8 inch Pyrex baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into 16 squares. Serve.
