Description

Easy peasy toasted winter squash seeds. So addictive and so healthy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Winter Squash Seeds (rinsed And Dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 275F. Remove seeds from you favorite winter squash, then rinse and dry them. Toss seeds with salt and olive oil in a medium sized bowl then spread out evenly on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil. Bake on the top shelf of your oven for 45 minutes. Allow to fully cool before serving.
