Description

A superfood breakfast bowl full of antioxidants, fiber and heart healthy nutrition.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 teaspoons Acai Powder
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 whole Banana (frozen Is Good But Not Necessary)
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Slivered Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Berries

Preparation

Mix all smoothie ingredients in a high-powered blender (I use a Vitamix). Add more or less milk to get desired consistency.

Pour into a bowl and top with toppings. Eat with a spoon!
