Quick and easy spicy, tangy, gluten-free soup. I like it spicy, but amounts are approximate and you can adjust amounts to suit your tastes.
Bring all ingredients except noodles to a boil in saucepan, stirring to dissolve and combine seasonings. Stir in broken rice noodles. Lower heat and simmer until noodles are done (10 to 15 minutes).
