Easy gluten-free baked donut.
Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Next add in the avocado, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and end with water.
Stir till well combined. Scoop into a donut pan (lightly greased with coconut oil) and bake in a 350ºF oven for about 14-16 minutes or till an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Carefully remove from the donut pan and let cool as you make your frosting.
