Crackers are surprisingly easy to make at home. These Sea Salt and Pepper Crackers are a crunchy, healthy low-carb snack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place almond flour, egg, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until a dough forms.
Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll out dough to 1/16 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or a knife.
Place crackers onto a parchment paper lined baking tray. Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired. Bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes. Serve!
