I reduced the brown sugar by half and only used 1 can of pineapple and it was still way to sweet. I also reduced the cooking time by 15 min and they were overcooked.

Wonderful recipe! I would have never thought to use cinnamon and nutmeg for this. We actually cooked both pork chops and chicken on the grill using this recipe. I brushed on some of the glaze on one side, then when we turned the meat I poured on the rest and just let it cook. Divine!

I’m not really a fan of pairing fruit with meat, but this was very tasty and my husband loved it too!

This is amazing! I did everything by the recipe, but used chicken breasts – no pork on hand. I was skeptical about using cinnamon and nutmeg in a savory dish, but it was so tasty. My husband is from Kauai, Hawaii and he said this reminded him of his favorite restaurant there. Thanks!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this yet cuz we make it quite often! I like to put some red and green bell pepper in it for aromatic appeal and color. I’ll sneak extra veggies in anything tho! Definitely serve over rice with a veggie side and its a GREAT dinner! My husband has this weird fruit and meat aversion but he gobbles this up!
